The Body As A Two Way Mirror is a workshop series fasciliated by Tiana Demetriou and Chloe Sobejko. This project collaboratively explores with participants how our internal landscape is reflected in the external world, specifically through the five elements - fire, earth, metal, water, and wood.

Drawing from relational aesthetics and social practice movements, The Body As A Two Way Mirror focuses on human experiences, sensory feedback practices and participatory engagement as the medium of exploration. Through the offering of acupuncture and shiatsu therapy and interdisciplinary discussions on what it means to exist in a body, Tiana and Chloe encourage the idea that healing is not done in isolation. Our relationship to one another, and our surrounding environment, is a healing medium to our self actualization.
