Your first session begins with conversation and observation. Together we unnravel the patterns your body is showing, and decide what will serve you best, whether that is acupuncture and body-work at my Fitzroy North studio, or ongoing therepeutic energetic work, possibly alongside individualised herbal prescriptions and lifetyle guidance online.

Sessions are guided by your needs and move at the pace of your body.
Each meeting is led by careful listening, with space for whatever  emerges.
