Hello. My name is Tiana Demetriou and I work as a registered Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine Herbalist. I practice in Fitzroy North, Naarm/Melbourne, where my work focuses on supporting clients to develop a clearer relationship with their senses, bodies, and internal resources through attentive, hands-on treatment,  energetic guidance, and herbal therapy.

Throughout my studies in Chinese Medicine and Eastern philosophy, I’ve come to understand how the body moves in rhythm with the natural world. In my practice, I prioritise creating spaciousness for clients to gently untangle the stories held within their bodies, while offering guidance and support in noticing and responding to physical and emotional signals with greater care and clarity. I believe this kind of attunement is an essential part of navigating daily life, healing, and self-actualisation.

My practice, studies, and life experience have led me to hold a deep appreciation for the insight that emerges through consistent and keen observation. I view the skills of sensing, feeling, and noticing as acts of resistance within a social and cultural fabric that often rewards disconnectiion. I see these embodied practices as powerful tools for collective emancipation and ecological belonging, and I am passionate about creating spaces where people can engage and strengthen these ways of relating.

I offer one-on-one treatments both from my private studio in Fitzroy North and online sessions that combine conversation, energetic insight, and tailored guidance.  I also facilitate workshops and community events that explore observation, embodiment, and creative practice as tools for connection and self-exploration.
